Outstanding service as always!!

I’m very happy with the experience I had at my first visit to Step Up. Leah was extremely helpful at the appointment and follow up texts. We will be using them for both of our pets from now on.

I am very satisfied with the services that I gotten at the veterinary clinic both professional and nonprofessional. Everyone is very explanatory when providing information.

8 hours is an Unacceptable time wait for procedure . We were also to have chip placed during procedure and it also was not done. Otherwise we have been happy with the care we have received

I could not make the star system above work. I was very happy with everything about the practice,,the Vet was very thoughtful and came out to the car in the cold and stood and talked to me at length. She even followed up with a phone call later. Marco is feeling better. I certainly will be back. Thank you!!

Excellent service!

I was very impressed with Dr. Kitchen and the entire staff. Our dog Max is doing so much better since his visit with her. I checked N/A for question 6 since I was not allowed into the office due to Covid.

I’m unsure what it looks like inside but I am very satisfied with the interaction of the employees and my dogs who are shy. They have a lot of patience with them.

You guys were amazing! I’ve had my dog for over 11 years and I have never had a doctor spend so much time talking to me about her! Her and her sister will be switching to here full time! Thank you so much and I’m so happy to have found you guys!

I especially appreciate the time Dr. Kitchen took to explain the Lyme vaccine to me patiently and thoroughly.

The staff is great with my German Shepard, Jax. He gets real nervous when he goes there but the staff makes it like a visit and he does great!

Overall extremely satisfied with my experiences I have had, by far the best veterinary office I have used for my pets. Very professional but very personable and welcoming at the same time. Very flexible with treatment and appointments as well.
