I would only recommend that paper work and shot records be filled out. It makes a new owner nervous not having it filled out. We were very impressed with the service! We will be coming back

Everything was great! This is our first puppy and we were nervous about our first vet visit. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and spent time explaining everything! Can’t wait to come back for our next appointment!

Tiffany was amazing with my dog Chance. I was so scared to bring him to a new vet because he can be mean towards new people. I muzzled him and he came out with it off, which blew my mind. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who asks me! Thank you for being a great practice !

Called to say I had arrived and left 2 messages. Finally after 15 mins I had to flag down another staff person to let them know my pet had arrived. We only waited another 10 mins but 25 min wait seems slightly long. If there was an emergency or running behind it would have been nice to have had someone answer the phone calls.

The doctor and vet tech were very kind and helpful in explaining Chloe,s situation. She is healing well.

I can’t comment on facilities because I sat in my car for over an hour just to get seen. Once seen it was pretty quick but I didn’t need to see the doctor and the wait time is too long. My dog has anxiety in the car so she was anxious the whole time. Others who arrived after us had a much less wait time- so it was frustrating.

Randy and the staff are excellent. We come all the way from Robinson because of the care and concern that is shown by a Step Up Vet. They definitely made a difficult time easier.

We stopped the trazodone after one day. He seemed disoriented and hid from us.

Appreciate all the precautions you are taking with the Covid virus still around. Leah is absolutely the best. She has always taken time & had all the patience needed with both our Irish Setters. Jack our previous boy trusted her especially after he felt how good the laser treatments made him feel. Both she & Dr. Randal were compassionate when his time came. You guys are simply the best. Thank you.

Overall, a wonderful experience! Everyone was SO friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is to provide more guidance on how to “check in” for appointments. We called twice and couldn’t get through, eventually we waved someone down in the parking lot.

We love and trust this practice to the hilt!

Overall very satisfied with how the staff took care of my dog. He is hesitant towards new people but the staff was patient with him which I greatly appreciate. Everyone I interacted with was kind and provided great knowledge and advice regarding my questions.

The vet called us out in the car & spent so much time talking to us, explaining everything, taking my questions, & was so caring! The staff was equally as nice! Fantastic visit! Wonderful staff!

I hate this whole thing as I know you do too. Waiting a half hour for you to come out and get Alli was hard for her to sit still that long. I miss seeing you all in person. Hang in there.

It was so simple for me to update her Bortadella shot. The young man who waited on me could not have been nicer!
