Dr. Kitchen was amazing and explained everything very well. I wish I could remember the name of the person that came out to the car to get my cat, she was also fantastic.

I have a litter and instead of getting a printout of each puppy, I got 7 printouts of the same info even though 4 are male and 3 are female, 1 had stiches and 1 had a slight murmur. I was also supposed to get 7 containers for stool samples which weren t provided.

Staff is always nice and very helpful. I trust them to care for my family as I do. We love Snickers and Buttercup and know that they are in good (great) hands

We had a great visit, the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional! The Doc and techs took plenty of time explaining everything with me and offered great training and caring advice.

Not in office due to COVID. Was always clean. Very friendly, answers questions, promptly reports lab results, always know price before treatment, given options, and great follow up!

As a new puppy owner, I just loved the treatment by the staff and how interested they were to make sure my puppy was taken care of the best way possible. I am so happy to bring my puppy to you!

I did have to wait at least 15 minutes after I was told someone would be right out (about 10 min. after the exact appointment time, which is sort of hard when you have a pooch who knows where she is and is upset. Otherwise, everybody couldn t have been nicer and more friendly. I sort of like the person coming and taking your animal. Mine is a bit aggressive with other dogs, and she doesn t do it IF I m not there.

I can t compliment the ENTIRE team enough. Everyone loves animals and it shows, and everyone is kind, compassionate and caring. Keep up the great work!

We are very pleased with Dr. Randolph Stepusin and the clinic. He explains everything about the examination and test results clearly, and answers all questions. He doesn t rush you through. We also are very pleased with John, the vet tech, who is so caring with our dog. He also takes time to explain everything clearly & answer all questions.

I could not be MORE PLEASED with how we were treated... from the initial (1st) call, all the way up to meeting with our veterinarian for the first time. I absolutely love animals.... and when I choose my veterinarian, I want to get the vibe that ‘they’ love animals. And most importantly, genuinely love what they do. I can say, I was so impressed.. it wasn’t just the veterinarian (who was so kind, professional, and upbeat), but the “entire” staff. I interacted with about 4 -5 people that day. They ‘all’ demonstrated this. We’re so blessed to have found them!
