It was frustrating getting an appointment for Dallas because it took two days and 3 phone calls before we were scheduled It was explained to us that the tech wanted to get vet’s input as to what to do but unless we kept calling over two days, we did not hear back from the office Please feel free to call us if you have any questions Thank you

As you can see it is very hard to do a survey on customer satisfaction under these present conditions. I understand the whole covid thing but I hate not being with my dog when going to the vet. I think it s time to relax things since I can go inside a Giant Eagle without a mask I should be able to go inside my vets office without one too. I am vaccinated.

Wonderful as always. I screwed up my appt date and instead of sending me away they were able to still accommodate me.

You’re really the best vet around; but, it’s getting harder and harder to get appointments for things that should be treated with medicine more quickly, like ear and eye infections/injuries. We don’t want to leave, but there has to be a way to get a sick appointment sooner than begging for a spot more than a week later—or two weeks, if we didn’t press.

Due to the pandemic appointments were handled from the car and it was very convenient and well-organized. In the previous appointments within the facility it was always clean and maintained a very clean and healthy appearance. The staff is extremely nice and the doctors extremely,extremely nice and thorough!! I enjoy being part of this organization for my pets and would not hesitate in the future to recommend this business to other people!

Dr. Kitchen is always very kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to speak with you regarding your pet s health and it is greatly appreciated.

I just want to that we really loved our vet tech! She was amazing and handled our Dobermans so good. Normally our male Doberman stresses out when going to the vet. She was so calm abs professional with him. He was so well behaved. I am not sure what her name was but she made our visit. It makes us feel comfortable as pet owners to know how well the vet techs are. I will definitely try and plan our visits around her schedule she was that good!
