Curbside only so can’t rate the office cleanliness but our 2 visits recently have been very well done and explained. I hope in-office visits open again soon.

My dog is a senior dog and has a lot of anxiety. Dr. Kitchen and the vet technician were great during my appointment with Joey.

It will be nice when your office opens up. Sandy is terrified to go in without me. When she knows we re going to the Vet now she won t get in the car without being forced. I can no longer say let s go to the Vet even for her pills.

I do not like how it is still curbside . An in office/in person appointment is much more personal. There are several questions I didn t get to ask, explain without being in the room with my pet. That aside, your clinic is very professional, competent, and fairly priced.

Everybody is so friendly and nice especially to my poochie, (she can be a real bitch LOL!!!!)

When are we going to stop the parking lot meetings? Other vets are doing inside meetings, I will mask but I don’t feel I get the chance to really connect and when the weather is bad, it is not pleasant for you or me!

Dr. Kara was amazing.She took time when I explained how Shelton was behaving and the procedures she felt were necessary for his diagnosis. IM always satisfied when I bring my pet to the office and I always recommend A Step Above if anyone asks .

We were not allowed to go into the facility so can’t comment on the cleanliness of the facility. Also, by having this curbside (COVID restrictions are over now) it puts undo strain on a nervous pet. Why is still happening?? You are losing customers!

Parking lot appointments are for the birds. Time to open your office.

I was very pleased with my first visit to a step up! The vet tech was extremely friendly and helpful and the doctor was terrific Explained everything and developed a course of treatment for my cat s problem. I would highly recommend your practice!

I would like to return to coming inside with the dog(s). I have a dog to bring to your practice (she had previously been seen elsewhere), but she would never go inside without me, nor would I trust her attitude to go without me!

Look forward to you opening office so we can come in with our pets. The rest of society is opening up and think it is time for your office to consider. My pet received excellent care and would recommend your practice to anyone.
