service and care are great. i appreciate the care you give my two family members. keep up the good work. however, with the heat, i feel that maybe 2 people should be allowed to be in the waiting room with proper masks on. i understand the need to be safe, however, we have interactions with the staff outside. will this change soon

We absolutely love Dr. Keinard for doing so much to diagnose and treat our sweet Booboo! Honestly she helped Booboo more in one visit than the Dr. at Riverside veterinary hospital helped in the last 3 years since we ve adopted our kitty. Dr. Stepusin also took time to call personally and explain the condition she was diagnose with. The nurse was also very helpful and kind to our pretty sick feisty kitty. Thank you!

Excellent facility! Rapport with animals and owners is fantastic and very professional. So much time is taken with my dogs without ever feeling pressed for time. The vets at Step Up are by far some of the best I ve encountered!! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful and they always seem to go a step above for animals and owners. Keep doing the great job you so often do!! ??

Dr.Stepusin is excellent! He took his time with my 10 yrs. old dog s annual checkup, especially explaining her blood work. I m constantly impressed with this practice.
