Snoopy had a reaction to vaccines, stayed until I was able to get there to pick up pain and nausea meds. Texted first thing this morning to check on him and Lilly.

It would be nice to meet inside the facility and be with my dog during his exam so that pertinent information could be asked/shared during that time.

You guys are great! Rex doesn’t like most people and you handled him fantastically. You were even able to cut his long nails! Thank you very much.

I wish I had been told that we would be seeing a new doctor. I intentionally made the appointment with Dr. Stepusin, as he knows me and my cat s history. When the vet tech/staff person came out to the car to get my cat, she asked about medications, which should have been part of the medical record and in the appointment documentation. I had to remind her that he was due for bloodwork. While I liked the new doctor, I didn t get the sense that he had spent much time looking at my cat s history. When sharing bloodwork results with me over the phone, I had to prompt him to check back to see how these results compared to previous results. Again, a heads up to check to make sure I was okay seeing a new doctor -- or even just to let me know it would be happening -- would have been appreciated.

Called twice times you ended Call.. Went to door and called but you ended that cal. Called again, waited then went back to car and waited.

Our dogs receive the best care and we are so thankful for your doctors and staff!!

I was worried my anxious dog would cause problems without me in the room during the exam. The staff were wonderful and my worries were unwarranted.

I cannot answer about the facility as I never came in. The vet is awesome. He took time to discuss my cat during the appointment and the next day on the phone when he gave me her blood results

I appreciate all they did to help my cat.
