My wife said that Weezie s nails were not trimmed on every toe. I was surprised by the cost of Weezie s Vetoryl because it had gone up by 3 to 4 dollars. This was the 2nd increase in 2021.

My dog originally had an appointment scheduled for a week and a half prior, but I received a call hours before her appointment and was told I needed to reschedule because a doctor was sick. When we arrived on her appointment date, she was seen 20 minutes later than her scheduled appointment time. And I have never been inside the office so I have no idea if the office facilities are clean and up to satisfaction. Other vets are letting people into their offices, so it would be nice to be able to go inside and actually talk to the vet.

Everyone is so very friendly, and they always treat everyone s pets as if they are their own!!

This was our first visit to Step Up Vet Clinic. We were impressed by the thorough and at length description of the surgery procedure our brand new rescue dog was going to have done.

There was a huge water main break on Rt 88 at Library Fire Dept & was redirected to Piney Fork Rd - which was being paved. Most drivers were asking the paving crew directions adding to even more delay. Called & let you guys know we would be late - had no problem still seeing us. Thank you for your kindness. My appointment was fantastic. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. I’m so glad I brought my puppy here. They truly care about him as if he were their own. Thank you for such wonderful people to watch over my pup as he grows

It was our first visit and we were absolutely thrilled with the staff from check in, to the tech, to the vet. We asked a million questions as paranoid first time puppy parents, and took up way too much time, but we felt our concerns were heard and left confident about how to care for our puppy.

Cannot comment on cleanliness as I wasn t allowed in

This was my first time here and I loved everyone that I interacted with! Very friendly and explained everything clearly. However, I wished I could have came in with my dog.I do understand due to the ongoing pandemic why this was in place, but still wish there was a way to come in. Thank you!

Snoopy had a reaction to vaccines, stayed until I was able to get there to pick up pain and nausea meds. Texted first thing this morning to check on him and Lilly.

It would be nice to meet inside the facility and be with my dog during his exam so that pertinent information could be asked/shared during that time.
