Wish inperson visits were available. How are other vets seeing inperson?

Reason for 1 star on cleanliness is you still cannot go in. And since i adpopted last year I have never been inside

Everyone is so nice! The vet tech was really friendly. The veterinarian was terrific.

Everyone was very nice and took the time to answer questions. I felt like my dog was taken care of very well.

After many years of coming to your practice I,for the first time, am not writing a glowing review. I understand that there are rules that have changed the way things are handled there. I was upset to see that you were still not allowing people inside with their pets when other local vets are. I am also disappointed that an option is not given when scheduling on the vet I want. I have had a different vet the past couple times I have been there and I started with Dr Randolph and would prefer to stick with him. This visit was kinda upsetting with how the Dr addressed Bohdi health, I find it unprofessional to tell me that if my dog was brought in off the street she would be his health and age at 9 or 10 yr dog versus a 5 yr. I know his teeth have always been an issue but we are brushing them weekly and I am not opposed to having them cleaned but I did not want him put under twice and asked last time (and this time) about getting him fixed. I was told this time that the Dr would check on scheduling and let me know...but never saw her again. Also I brought him in for a growth on his lip and his shots, fortunately the growth decreased in size but I still wanted it looked at. The Dr said she would go back in and let me know...never heard anything. The Dr was out within 15 to 20 min but it took another 30 min to hear from anyone and the phone call had no explanation of the bill and pain pills were suggested which was never suggested in the past I got scared that he maybe in pain so I said yes but he had no symptoms of pain noted at all. He was gone from me for over an hour and was shaking and panting when i got him in the vehicle and even home. He has separation anxiety. I feel that maybe you should consider some kind of zoom visit so our pets can be watched the entire time in there. I would also like to know if these distant visits are continuing, can I request that I only have Dr Randolph and can I have some idea on if I can get bohdi neuter and teeth cleaned at same time? And can someone tell me what the growth was on his lip.. Hopefully I will get some answers

Couldn t really rate the cleanliness of the facility secondary to Covid restrictions and being limited to the parking lot. Hopefully you will lift these soon! Otherwise, everything was great!

I only gave 3 stars on question 5 because the bill itself only listed the total and not what the individual items of the bill consisted of.

Everyone is always so kind there. Dr. Kitchen did a wonderful job in explaining a surgery that my dog needs. And I have received 2 calls in asking how my dog is doing now. Just a truly caring and great group of people!

Hands down the best vet in Pittsburgh. We appreciate the care and dedication of all staff.

Staff is always extremely kind and caring and My pets are comfortable around them.

I think it’s about time to go back to normal and allow owners inside with their pets.

It was frustrating getting an appointment for Dallas because it took two days and 3 phone calls before we were scheduled It was explained to us that the tech wanted to get vet’s input as to what to do but unless we kept calling over two days, we did not hear back from the office Please feel free to call us if you have any questions Thank you

As you can see it is very hard to do a survey on customer satisfaction under these present conditions. I understand the whole covid thing but I hate not being with my dog when going to the vet. I think it s time to relax things since I can go inside a Giant Eagle without a mask I should be able to go inside my vets office without one too. I am vaccinated.
