I would have like to been able to be with my animal during the appointment. Masks could be worn for safety.

We have had multiple dogs and used different vets. Your office is by far the best and you have a life long customer. You take such great care of our dogs and are so easy to deal with. I recommend you often to others.

Staff was awesome!!!! Wonderful people. But A Step Up should drop all the obviously stupid COVID crap.

Everyone that I have interacted with at A StepUp vet has been absolutely amazing! They are so knowledgable and understanding. They take the time to make sure that owners understand what was done during their pet s appointment and answer any questions that owners may have.

You have cared for Emma since she was a puppy and have been so awesome that she truly loves the vet - shots, surgeries, and all! Emma just can t wait to get inside to say hi to her friends! As soon as someone greets us at the car she gets excited (Curb side and all). Pre-Covid all she wanted to go was get behind the desk or down the halls! You all are the best!

I love everyone at Step Up and so does our dog, Akita! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kitchen is incredible as a veterinarian and so easy to talk to when asking for advice. I would highly recommend Step Up to everyone. Best veterinarians and technicians in the area!

We should be allowed to go into the clinic for appointments. I understood at the beginning of the pandemic but it s time to move on. If Covid is a concern, you can ask people to wear masks. Other vets are allowing in-person visits.

I wish I was able to come in the clinic with my dog. She gets very nervous in the car and then when she gets taken away from us, it makes it more difficult for her. We could not get her shots because her temperature was too high. So we are going back in a week to hopefully get them done.

I started bringing my dog during covid protocol so I ve never been inside. But all the staff have been great! The appointments are always on time. The girls answer all my questions. Dr. Stepusin spends as much time as you need answering any concerns you have. So glad I chose this clinic to bring my Belle.

Wish I could of been inside to observe. It would of been nice to see how his paw was held for trimming, would of liked to seen how much crud was in his ears. And the full examination would of been educational for me. Yes I know times are different. But it also been worth it for the tips while handling Opie who only listens when he wants to. Overall was satisfied with the visit. The staff are extremely willing to answer any questions. And Dr Kitchen was kind, explained everything then ask if we had any questions. No one rushed or made us feel we were holding them back from getting back inside. Thank you for taking care of Opie.
