A step above has been my vet family since they opened.... they have seen me through 2 rainbow crossing and I couldn t be more thankful and grateful to have them. They now have my 4th beagle in their hands and I couldn t trust anyone more to take care of my baby then them I am happy to return to going in with visits since I am a protective mom. The staff has always been wonderful and I am so grateful to have them so close to home and able to provide the best care to the most important part of my life. Thank you!

service and care are great. i appreciate the care you give my two family members. keep up the good work. however, with the heat, i feel that maybe 2 people should be allowed to be in the waiting room with proper masks on. i understand the need to be safe, however, we have interactions with the staff outside. will this change soon

We absolutely love Dr. Keinard for doing so much to diagnose and treat our sweet Booboo! Honestly she helped Booboo more in one visit than the Dr. at Riverside veterinary hospital helped in the last 3 years since we ve adopted our kitty. Dr. Stepusin also took time to call personally and explain the condition she was diagnose with. The nurse was also very helpful and kind to our pretty sick feisty kitty. Thank you!

Excellent facility! Rapport with animals and owners is fantastic and very professional. So much time is taken with my dogs without ever feeling pressed for time. The vets at Step Up are by far some of the best I ve encountered!! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful and they always seem to go a step above for animals and owners. Keep doing the great job you so often do!! ??
