Have been happy with the vets but am over the pandemic protocol. Rest of county and country has moved on to make masks optional. I’m sure the staff there does not wear masks in every aspect of their lives when not at work or isolate themselves from unmasked people, so what sense does it make imposing a mask mandate on customers and only recently allowing people in at all? I keep waiting to transfer records to another vet but am thinking I probably will here soon.

Thank you so much for getting Luna in for an appointment so quickly. I am thrilled with the care she received and your clinic. The check in for our appointment was on time and the fact that we didn t have to navigate a busy waiting room was much appreciated making the appointment stress free for both of us. Monica made the appointment for us and understood why I was concerned about getting Luna in as quickly as possible to see the doctor. A pleasure to not have to explain to someone who has no medical knowledge why I wanted to be seen quickly. Vet tech Alex was patient and pleasant with Luna and I couldn t be happier with her doctor Jonathan Griffith Jr. Thank you all so much for making me and my fuzzy buddy feel better!

When I called to make appointment I asked if you flush tear ducts on a 12 year old poodle. I was told YES. I came in for my dog to be seen for that. The Veterinarian I saw said she did not do it. She told me the senior Veterinarian would set up an appointment to do procedure. NO ONE called me Monday to set it up.That was the ONLY reason for my dog to be seen. I feel I wasted my time and money. I should have been given an appointment with the Veterinarian who does the procedure. That is why I asked when I called. So I am assuming you do not do this? Dr. Kitchen was very nice but she does not do this. She was honest but what was the appointment for? My receipt says you are planning to do it but no one called.

Alex was especially kind and gentle with my nervous puppy, as was Dr. Griffith. She took her time and was so patient, and Dr. Griffith was also very patient and kind. My pup warmed up quickly, and gave them both lots of kisses, thanks to the compassionate staff and welcoming environment. Everyone here was great, thank you.

It was a wonderful experience and so comforting to know that our precious pet was cared for so tenderly.

I am so very satisfied with all services I received here. My Brother referred me and he was correct in every aspect. I plan on being a patient for as long as I have my rescue dog.

I would like to be able to enter the facility. It is a shame that I still have to sit in my car.

We waited a long time for shots after the doctor had seen our dog. Also we didn t receive any info on billing procedures. I had called for pricing ahead of time though and knew what we were expecting.

We are very happy to be new patients and we are extremely pleased with the entire staff at A Step Up. Charlotte was comfortable and Dr. Griffith was excellent with Charlotte and her needs as our new “ older” pup. Thank you for your services provided to us. The Carter’s and Charlotte Definately 5??

We love A Step Up. They make everything easy and comfortable for us and our dog.

Everyone was so friendly and you could see they loved animals as much as we do. They treated my pets with so much love and respect. I will definitely be back and my mom will be bringing her puppy also. Also the price was not bad at all! Very surprised.

Very nice office & staff! They take very good care of our old boy! I leave there feeling heard, understood, & my dog cared for properly & professionally.

I think there should be office time set aside for dog illnesses. we had to wait a week to be seen for our dog s ear infection.
