Everyone was so friendly and you could see they loved animals as much as we do. They treated my pets with so much love and respect. I will definitely be back and my mom will be bringing her puppy also. Also the price was not bad at all! Very surprised.

Very nice office & staff! They take very good care of our old boy! I leave there feeling heard, understood, & my dog cared for properly & professionally.

I think there should be office time set aside for dog illnesses. we had to wait a week to be seen for our dog s ear infection.

Doc’s and staff always thorough, always listen to my concerns. I feel my dogs are being well taken care of.

Dr Kitchen is amazing and very thorough.

Starting a new vet, we obviously wanted the best care for our best doggy, Crunch. Check in was easy and very timely. The vet tech and vet were so friendly and made sure to be very detailed in everything they were explaining. I appreciated they were not pushy with trying to get us to purchase extras we didn’t need. Check out was wonderful. Handling two toddlers and the dog is always a lot and it was so easy checking out in the same room. The office was very clean and neat. When leaving my boys especially loved the lollipops :) Happy to be part of A Step Up!

I have switched vets to A Step Up, after using another vet for years. After my 1st visit, I had to ask myself, why did it take me so long? The staff & vets are very kind, explain their findings & are very willing to answer any questions.

Excellent veterinarian clinic. I experience compassion and wonderful care. My older dog grew up under their care. The doctor and staff was with me as I laid him to rest. My puppy was welcomed with enthusiasm which will help him make future visits fun. I highly recommend A Step Up.

The person who checked me in was super nice to me and my dog. My dog doesn t usually like strangers and he even got my dog to calm down. You can tell he loves animals.
