I can,t do a survey when I can,t go in with my pet. It seems they were in a hurry and came and took the dog and told me they had other appointments to get done. Everyone else went in with their pets. I was very disappointed because I had a new supplement tp show for Chloe,s anxiety when I leave her alone. If this continues, I will go some place else in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From our first day at A Step Up, when the new facility opened, I have been treated with complete respect and nothing but the best care for my dogs. I thank you for taking care of my Ziva, from her first visit - to her last on Tuesday. I appreciate everyone of you, and look forward to continuing having you care for my dogs in the future.

Your staff and doctors are some of the best!! And I’ve been in the veterinary field working aside the most incredible people for the last 20yrs. Cat is awesome, Leah, and main receptionist too. Everyone has been so amazing- you should be incredibly proud of Your team. It’s really hard To have that kind of experience in a multi-Dr practice.

I have trouble with your new online app. Don’t like having to pick such broad answers. No two appts will be the same so I feel the answers don’t represent what’s really going on with your pet! Guess they are getting so busy like the other Vets in the area so we will all become just a number.

The wait times are awful. Each appointment I ve had, we have waited at least 30-40 minutes, after the scheduled time to be seen.

Always a great experience, even when we’re there for a problem visit.

Our dog has a tooth abscess. We were able to get a same day appointment as a new patient. Dr. Keinert was wonderful. Explained everything. Staff were all friendly and kind. We will be transferring Nate s care to you all.

Really appreciate your office was able to see my dog the next day. I left a message in the evening and received a call the next morning and got my dog right in. Everybody, from the phone to the in person interaction, was wonderful. You can tell you all genuinely care about my pet. Another plus is you re all so great at communicating with me about my dog. I am SO HAPPY I found a new vet for my fur baby. And it seems that she s on the mend and going in the right direction. As long as we have animals then we will be bringing them to A Step Up for veterinary care. Keep doing what you do, you re all fabulous!

Exam table had other pet hair on it from a previous patient and the floors were dirty, mostly due to salt and snow from parking lot.

It would be nice if the staff would introduce themselves as well as the position they held. We dealt with 3 different guys and never knew their names!

I felt very comfortable taking my dog. Everyone was very friendly. I liked the fact that the cost was discussed upfront.
