Your patient on-line portal could be better. I won t use it again to make appointments. Your reminder card to make an appointment for a bortedella booster came 2 days AFTER the appointment occurred. This visit was not my best experience with MAH but the tech did go out of her way to resolve an issue and tried to turn my negative experience around.

I love Dr. Anderson. She is very professional and explains in details everything. She takes her time to discuss and explain everything whatever is happening to my pet. What I love the most is that you can notice her expertise and knowledge in the area.

I had to wait a long time for someone to come into the room. The prices for exams and extra s has been steadily increasing to a point that is unaffordable. I originally came to the hospital because of the experience and affordability.

I have known Dr.James and his father for several years. They have been wonderful to me and my dogs&cats over the years. My recent visit with Dr.James for my cat Lucas was great. I have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend MAH.

Dr James and his staff are amazing. They breathed new life into my 14 year old dog with their treatment for aging dogs. I am so very grateful...????????

Every thing was good but never gave me cheyenne meds after i pick her up on wed after she had her surgery...she was in pain all night had to call the office this morning to tell them about her pain meds...happy with every thing else

The receptionist is in the wrong job. I called for appointment that day and was told couldn t get in until next day and the raw skin infection wasn t serious enough for her I guess. She told me Dr James wasn t available. I asked if anyone was and she said no. After round and round I asked if dr Anderson had any emergency visits and she said yes at 3:45. She could have given me that appointment to begin with. It seemed to me she was trying not to be accommodating and said a skin condition is an emergency . Never said it was an emergency but getting close to being one. Who is she to decide that! She had zero empathy. When I arrived for appointment she let me wait while she gave the customer before me a hard time. Then In the exam room I could hear her giving another person an attitude. She s terrible. She is in the wrong job working at a hospital. She should consider Dept Of Corrections. They could use a hard ass but place where people being sick animals absolutely NOT!

Dr. James is awesome!

I don t think I should have to wait 38 minutes to have my dogs be given a few shots. Plus the cost of these visits is becoming exorbitant.
