30minute wait with a dog is just too long

This was our first appointment with Dr. Christi. She was kind and listened to what we said regarding Oscar. She explained the different actions that could be taken and gently guided us in the best and least traumatizing direction for all involved. (Oscar is lovingly known as Mr. Dick, a name given to him by Dr. James.) Thank you all for getting Oscar in as soon as possible and the kindness you show towards not only our fur babies, Oscar included and their human parents.

I have done business with the animal hospital before when on Charles st. They are nice and the doctors are great with the animals

I was pretty reluctant to see a new vet with my sick cat. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find her personable and kind to both me and the kitty! I have been to many animal hospitals and vets and this is by far my favorite! A+++

I want to thank you form getting my dog bender looked at look the same day. I was Frustrated with whole situation and didn t know what do. I know I showed it to the nice lady on the phone. she had me drop her and had her looked while I was at work. This is the reason why I keep come back. Your staff goes the extra mile to help the pet. Dr. James is the best! The students with him were personable, caring, and very helpful.

Everything was excellent. However, I want to get Nala spayed, but the estimate cost of $646.00 - $726.00 is way out of my budget. I will have to seek a lower cost through organizations recommended to me by the Meriden Humane Society. I was told through the organizations it would be much lower.

Ideally not everyone at the front desk should be on the phone at the same time. Feels a little uncomfortable when you are standing at the desk and waiting for a phone call to conclude before being acknowledged.

Young female vet was phenomenal, answered all my questions. The tech was also amazing, handled my cats so well. Overall I was extremely impressed by all the staff. Only critique is that I waited about 20-25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get into the exam room, but once there, everything was very efficient.

Great service and excellent care

We are new to the Area and have 4 cats so it is important to my wife and I that we have a good vet that can take care of our little “children” - Dr. Anderson is great! So far she has taken care of 2 out of 4 of our cats and she was extremely friendly and helpful regarding the reasons for bringing our cats in to the clinic. We got 2 more she hasn’t met her but I’m confident and feel comfortable that she’ll be great with them as well - thanks again!!

Dr. Anderson took her time answering my questions about Squeaker. I always reconmend this practice to those looking for a veterinary practice on community forums etc :)
