Since my pet care is my #1 priority, you receive the Gold Star!! However your staff did not greet me, barely acknowledged that I walked in, no one acknowledged my extended wait time in the lobby, the staff starting closing up the office while I was still in the lobby. Didn t know your MAH guest wifi password and didn t bother to get it for me. The white board still said morning patients it was not updated to afternoon patients, so why bother if you are not going to keep it up to date. And I wanted to buy Heartguard but I asked about pricing and it was cheaper thru Drs. Foster so I didn t buy it BUT come to find out I have to make another trip to your office because I can get it from you at a higher price but receive a $12.00 discount thru Heartguard which your office needs to submit, so it ends up being the cheaper route but no one knew this. I saw a lot of staff, but other than Marsha and the doctors they didn t seem to be doing much. Never happy about giving a bad review but I know how much you care about your practice and seeing how I have been coming to your facility for 30+ years I felt you deserved the truth. Ana AGAIN the care that was given to Lucie Belle was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

So happy that they are able to help our precious Eliza. We are looking forward to her continued care. Dr. DiMonte was wonderful, , kind ,patient, informative and extremely knowledgeable. Making our visit a very pleasant experience. All the staff were just as pleasant, kind, friendly, and comforting to our needs. We have Reccomended your practice to many of our friends and neighbors who now are also coming to your practice.

Dr. Anderson was great, answer all my questions and much more... Just one tiny little question, did the office visit went up? I think last time I was there was $35.00 instead of $55.00. (Pardon my “poor taste”)
