I know this facility is usually nice and clean. But this time, I saw pee on the floor and also there were some stains ( I believe blood) where you would sit in the waiting area. I would highly encourage the facility to check the some certain spots very often for coming patients.

I have always experienced great visits here. I have had Ollie my dog see Dr stacia since I started here and since she has moved to another state I am confident in all my future visits here with all the new vets my pet may see. I am confident Ollie will continue to receive expert care

I am always lucky to be squeezed in if something comes up that cannot wait. BUT I must say that I believe slots during the day, even if just three should be open at the start of the day for people that have to get their pet in because of something that happened that day and can t wait. For example 8 am client calls and use the special time slots for people that cannot put off what happened to their pets overnight or morning. I have been lucky to get in so far, but if something is wrong with my pet THAT day and I get we are booked and the problem doesn t deem an ER visit that is not a good thing.

Dr. James saw our Cocker Spaniel recently for his annual check up. He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. He did an excellent job when our dog needed knee surgery last summer and gave us his step by step books to teach us how to give our dog PT at home. Our dog fully recovered because of Dr. James and his help. My husband and I are grateful that he is innovative and his company is always working to help dogs live happier, healthier lives. His staff are friendly and truly love the animals they care for.
