Great service, hospitality. Affordable too. I, been going to meriden animal hospital for a long time. I had few emergency, and they took care my dog right always. I m very satisfied with the service.

When Rob came home with Buddy, his Gauze wrao was still on his arm. I expected it was these for a pressure compress after removing his I.V,, but I was aghast to see the heplock still in! I m a registered nurse & for this to happen is a no no.

Positive - staff is always very friendly and accommodating, they always fit us in, even last minute Negative- I did not even speak to a vet. Dropped my dog off in the mornjng, picked her up in the afternoon and was handed a bag of meds to give - yes I can read the instructions and I understand the office was very busy but it would have nice for someone to tell me what was actually wrong with my dog. When I asked, I was told the vets were busy at that time - but no one could call during the day or the next day? Very poor follow up, and this was not my first experience like that

We love MAH, especially Doc James! Been bringing our furry children to MAH for 40 years! It only gets better.

My dog still had his IV in his forearm when I brought him home. That might be something you add to your checklist when complete a procedure. Call me if you have any questions.

Everybody on the staff was kind and helpful. Place was very clean. Dr Anderson was super and took time to explain everything without feeling rushed. We missed our appointment time but they called back and said come on down. That s service and understanding a customer stress.

The service is absolutely great here. I always bring my pets here and my whole family does too. The staff is great and very accomodating for the animals. I always feel like my cat is safe in your hands.

The vet told me the office would work up a list of costs for my two cats to have their lumps removed, and that I would have the list by Friday night or Saturday morning. It is now Saturday night and I still don t have the list, so I cannot make a decision about the surgeries. I would like to receive that email very soon. Thank you. ~~LLC

Great service and I am very pleased how my dog was treated by your staff thank you very much for excellent service.

The hospital was very busy when i arrived for my 11am appointment on Saturday. My cat and i were promptly put in an exam room because the lobby was filled with dogs. Then we waited over a half hour for someone to meet with us. The exam went fine and then they took my cat back to get a urine sample and some blood work done. They came back 5 minutes later with my poor cat in her carrier and she was snarling and attacking anything that came close. My cat is very timid and quiet, but the cat they brought back was completely traumatized. The vet tech said she was climbing the walls and biting which she NEVER does. They couldn t perform any of the lab work we needed. I was very upset with my cat s reaction. The vet s solution was to send me home with a sedative for next time. I did not appreciate having to wait so long and it certainly didn t make it easier for my old kitty. If the hospital is running late, the least they could do is text or email patients. I would not have made my cat wait in a stressful environment had i known how long we would have to wait.

overall the visit and service was great. i would recommend improving phone communication with medication pick up, status of pets dropped off, and explaination of procedures that are recommended.

Just want to say thank you for having a great conversation about various treatment options that work for my family. I appreciate the understanding of different cost options and treatment plans specific to my dog.

Wd have been bringing our pets to MAH for 15 years and we are always pleased with the service, friendliness and compassion received from staff. MAH recognizes the cost of caring for pets and always offers honest and feasible reccommendations for caring for a pet s ailment.

This was the most kind and pleasant experience we have had in all the 40 years of marriage and we had animals growing up also . Our 2 pups were in such a good place with calm and love ! Our cat will also be going when due for shots. Thank you for everything !
