I know emergencies and back-ups are unavoidable. Perhaps when a client checks in, they could be told if there is a substantial waiting period, so we could have a choice of waiting or rescheduling.

We had over a half hour wait in the examination room.

Dr. James and his staff did a great job with Cody.

I don t like my dog being taken out of the room to have things done. Everything should be done with my dog in the room with me. He was so upset and moved when having blood taken that he came back bandaged from bleeding.

Just be a little less eager to leave the room, onto your next appointment. I understand the hospital is busy.

Very caring towards our dog!

As I was trying to absorb everything the vet was telling me I forgot to ask but was concerned that her eating was not addressed. The vet did not ask what I was feeding Cleo or how often. Didn t offer any feeding advise. As a new puppy owner I think that should have been addressed and I didn t ask. That being said I would not stop coming because of it. I plan on emailing for the information. Otherwise I loved our first visit and how the vet handled my puppy and all the other advise that was given. Thank you

I had to call twice to check in on my cat after surgery. It would have been nice to get a call after surgery like I was told
