The cost was double the price I was expecting, especially since I asked upfront how much a basic wellness visit would be. Be otherwise, I was happy with service.

The whole team is very compassionate evert time we have brought Miss Kitty in. They answered all our questions. The Vets are awesome and the Vets assistant Helen is very helpful and calming during a stressful situation.

I waited almost an hour in the waiting room to be seen. If the clinic was behind schedule a courtesy call would have been nice as I would not have left work early to rush. However, Dr. St. Clair is worth the wait because he has been the only veterinarian who has ever been able to correctly diagnose my dog s ortho issues and done so in a timely manner to get her to surgery so she didn t keep suffering.
