Thank you for taking the time to go through my cats medical records to decipher exactly what he needed for this wellness exam. I would ask that more information be provided up front about cost of vaccinations/exam. I’m hoping that after the construction there is complete the space will feel less hectic too.

I have taken my pets to MAH since the early 1980 s. In my experience, the care my pets have received has always been of the highest quality. I would never take my pets anywhere else.

Professional courteous and answered questions

Everyone is very helpful and extremely friendly.

When I went back to pick up needed meds the receptionist on the left hand side was very rude and seemed extremely irritated when I asked if I had everything (knowing I didn’t) and then got even more rude firmly stating I had everything and listed the items, then I removed the items in the bag showing her I didn’t have everything. I love this office but the attitude was not needed at all, very unprofessional.

Love Dr James and the care he gives! I would like to see a way to communicate through email or messaging!

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND PEOPLE

We love to bring Colby to Dr. James. He is thorough and we believe he genuinely cares for our dog, Colby. He answers all of our questions, is excited to share his knowledge, and it’s clear he enjoys working with animals.

We waited almost an hour in the waiting room with two very highly anxious dogs. If I had known it would have even been close to that long I would have kept them in the car. More communication about wait time would be HIGHLY appreciated in the future.

We love MAH and recommend this animal hospital every opportunity we have.

MAH has cared for 2 of our dogs over the course of 15 years; I would not go anywhere else. We feel we are treated with respect and honesty. Our dogs have proven to be very healthy. Everyone is always friendly to both dogs and their humans.

Always wonderful staff! We have 3 dogs and a cat we bring to them and the care is unmatched!

I am always highly satisfied with the service that is provided and the attention that Dr. James gives my dog. But, probably the best thing about this particular practice is that they actually take the time to listen to you and answer all your questions.

It is nice that the doctors and staff know me and my pets by name.

The only comment that I have is that the cost has gone up quite a bit. I started paying $65 for the visit and this last visit was $140.00, more than double, this is a bit too much for me, I personally don’t think I am going there next year. I like the place but I am going to explore other places.
