A summary of what the vets findings were on our receipt and follow up instructions would be helpful even if we have to wait 5 minutes for it to be typed up, it could be so beneficial to the owners and The Pets!!!

I am Rory s 3rd home. When she was a kitten, her first home was abusive. Because of that, she gets petrified with loud noises. Unfortunately, with your current construction in progress, Rory was greatly traumatized as we waited for the exam. When Dr. Anderson arrived, she saw Rory s distress and was so kind, loving, and gentle in caring for her. Yesterday, I sent a special card of thanks to the doctor for her love and concern for the animals. Hers is not just a job or a profession, but it is actually and literally a ministry. I have only good things to say about the vet, vet tech, and the office staff. However, I had to cal back because the paperwork I was given said she did not get a vaccine I wanted her to have. When I called back they said they would check with the vet. Called back later and said they mislabeled the shot record. That she was given the shot but another shot she got was listed twice. And that I now owed money. I tracked them down to correct a mistake they made. Now I owe them more. I just think if they made a mistake they should cover it. I spent well over $200. And now will be sent a bill. Would have preferred to get it all taken care of the day of the appointment.

The receptionist did not inform me of what was needed and expected when I made the appt. Had I been informed then I would have rescheduled when I had everything that was necessary.

I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr James spent with me explaining everything throughly.

No one called to tell me the results of my dogs ear swab or how he did, when I finally called, all the tech could tell me was that I could come get him in an hour. The girl at the counter didn’t have any answers when I get there either(understandable) but I didn’t feel like waiting them to track down the doctor to talk to as they were busy in appointments. The worst part tho was being handed my dogs leash that was wet - oh yes it was urine. My dogs whole underside was wet with urine as well. I didn’t drop him off like that, why should he be returned like that? That’s not good care - I mean, take a wet wipe and at least wipe him off jeez! Or apologize, or warn me of the leash before handing me something wet with urine. Don’t think that’s asking too much?

Everyone was polite and courteous.

Dr. Anderson is just wonderful with stressed human and scared puppies! Thank you to her and her vet tech for all their hard work, honesty, and compassion!

Dr. was running late due to previous apt. I don’t mind waiting, but it would be nice if the staff mentioned that to us before I went to check. We had been there half an hour past our time slot.

Even though my Sky is difficult Dr Anderson always says she was great! The entire staff treat my pets with lots of love and attention. Everyone gives great care. I always have options with my pets care. Love this office.

Dr. Demonte is great and made sure to comfort my dog when she was in discomfort before proceeding with the exam! Highly recommend her as a vet!
