Waiting time outside the facility felt like a longer than usual wait (about 20-25 minutes), but the appointment once my dog was inside was quick but not rushed. Thank you as always for the quality care.

All five stars. I have been going to AAH for almost 20 years and have always appreciated the professionalism, the kindness, and expertise of the doctors. And the staff always goes the extra mile to be helpful. When I have lost a pet, they have gone out of their way to be kind and supportive.

Riley has a few medical issues, and she had a pleasant and productive visit with Dr. London. He had good, well-informed suggestions for her continuing treatment.

I love this office. Each and every member of this staff is wonderful and have helped me through worrisome times with my little guy by helping me find the right next step. The vets are amazing and don t try to force anything unnecessary on you and understand financial constraints. Wanted all of you to know you re appreciated greatly by me and my little guy.

You guys are literal lifesavers!! Took my puppy to 3 vets before you. Drove an hour to get to you and will do it every time! Never going to another vet again!

It would be helpful if there was a way to check in from the car without having to leave a voicemail to the office if the phone isn’t answered. Maybe a phone number to text when you get there would make it easier to not miss voicemails. Thanks!

It s hard being on the outside because of the pandemic. I miss being able to boast about my baby girl, Coco. Stay safe and sane!

We just moved back to the area and had a small health issue with one of our dogs. Everyone was super nice and helpful arranging an appointment for her to be seen. Really happy with the overall service despite the covid stuff going on.

Had a difficult time calling from my cell phone out front of the building. Would be nice to have an option for those that do not have a cell phone or non working cell phone to contact the front desk upon arrival.

I had a wonderful experience and am looking forward to being a continued customer!

I did not go into the office. We were told it would take about a half hour at an hour I called and was told ,” Haven’t you checked out Mrs Wax. “ so I assume we had been lost in the shuffle. Dr Young came on the phone immediately and talked with us and we checked out. We were not given our medication but realized it half way around the block so drove around and got it. It wasn’t a bad visit just seemed like the office was chaotic.

Dr. Jones is an extremely compassionate vet with both the patients and their owners. Highly recommended. Additionally, his staff is excellent and demonstrates care and understanding.
