Everything was great. My only comment is please make sure to provide explanations as to possible vaccination side effects. No one told me about this during my visit, it was only after I called.It was distressing to see that my puppy could not walk on one of his legs. Thankfully after sleeping the night he woke up fine.

Cant comment on office facilities as I never saw them. You need a way bigger sign. I drove around and around looking for your office. Turned out I could not see it because it is low down and someone was standing in front of it. Needs to be bigger and higher.

I loved how thorough our dog’s vet was in explaining everything they did and found in their examination! When we had a tough question related to our dog’s health, the doctor was transparent and explained that she is going to confer with a neurologist before giving a recommendation. I really appreciate that level of communication and honesty! I am definitely a nervous and non-trusting pet parent but I felt very relieved and comfortable with the level of care we received here!

Everyone at Arlington animal hospital one department beyond to help my dog during the COVID19 outbreak. I was worried about leaving my dog at the facility by himself would result in anxiety but he seemed very happy and everyone I talked to said he was well-behaved. I think that s a sign of how much you do to make the animals feel safe and comfortable while they re getting care. We got great advice and information from Dr London and the safety practices were great. Tiffany was very reassuring and helpful.

Please also include special covid-19 instructions as part of the appointment reminder/confirmation email. Realized we shouldn’t have parked in the building garage even though website recommended garage parking. Found special instructions linked on website after arrival.

Wait outside the door was about 10 minutes. I hope that you would make provisions to get the client in more expeditiously. Waiting outside on a sidewalk is stressful to the pet. This isn t as big an issue with your new location, but still is of concern. Also in the past nail trims were complimentary with a doctor s appointment- but now you are charging for them.
