It s a difficult time with covid. It s was difficult to get through on the phone and still is. When I arrived I couldn t get through on the phone. Knocked and was helped. I know the front office is busy but it would be helpful to get through on the phone and to have an explanation of what to do and have a friendly staff.

I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the service at AAH. The quality, efficiency, and friendliness are superb. My dog actually loves going! I will be very glad when we can go inside again but in the meantime, the staff is handling things very well.

Everything was great. My only comment is please make sure to provide explanations as to possible vaccination side effects. No one told me about this during my visit, it was only after I called.It was distressing to see that my puppy could not walk on one of his legs. Thankfully after sleeping the night he woke up fine.

Cant comment on office facilities as I never saw them. You need a way bigger sign. I drove around and around looking for your office. Turned out I could not see it because it is low down and someone was standing in front of it. Needs to be bigger and higher.

I loved how thorough our dog’s vet was in explaining everything they did and found in their examination! When we had a tough question related to our dog’s health, the doctor was transparent and explained that she is going to confer with a neurologist before giving a recommendation. I really appreciate that level of communication and honesty! I am definitely a nervous and non-trusting pet parent but I felt very relieved and comfortable with the level of care we received here!
