As usual, Arlington animal hospital delivered the best service even under these unprecedented circumstances of Covid. I knew that my baby girl was in good hands the minute they came to get her from my car. Dr. Jones called to make sure he had all up to date information and suggested next steps. As always, I was super happy with the service and professionalism of AAH!

Dr. Duerler was very helpful over the phone. We appreciated her questions and comments and hope to meet her in person when the office is open for us to come in. Other staff members were also friendly and helpful.

Perhaps make fewer appointments for 4:30 pm, because the pet pickups at that hour seemed to delay drop-offs and appointments, from what I observed from outside.

Dr. Young was extremely passionate and helpful. This was our first vet appointment and her level of expertise comforted every second for my girlfriend and I. #novasdoctor

Hi, our appt with Dr Young and phone call with Dr Jones were both great - super informed, clearly conveyed, very interested in our girls. Much appreciated. This survey should have a key at the top explaining which grades what stars represent, otherwise the data aren’t informative/useful.

Very disappointed. Was running late and called to tell the office that. Protests in DC completely shut down the main highways and it took me over an hour to get there, so I was 40 min late. Front desk and doctor refused to see me. Had to rent a car for this appointment and I ve been using your office for 15 years. Would have expected a little more flexibility knowing that this is a time where streets shut down with no advanced warning.

I came during COVID19. There was only one person answering phones and was busy for nearly 15 minutes while I waited outside to drop off my pet. It worked out fine, but all I needed was a quick pause to say I was there and I couldn t until I watched someone else sit down at the front desk.

Despite the hectic nature of the world right now, this was fast, easy, friendly, and efficient. Really appreciate it
