#2 is just because I had to wait outside in the hot sun for several minutes after sweating it up four flights of stairs from the garage carrying my pet. I have since learned I can drop her off, then go park!

Once in a while I’ve had to leave a message when I’ve arrived and didn’t get a call back for about 10 minutes. It was fine but especially if there is no parking out front and it is hot for the animal, I wish there were a way of getting back to the customer quicker to let them inside. Maybe this is not a big deal because you may not require the phone in advance much longer.

I drive all the way from Lake Wilderness in Spotsylvania County because Dr. Ross is such a wonderful person and vet!

I really enjoyed meeting the staff (my cat first saw them a year ago but because of the pandemic I didn’t go inside!) and seeing the beautiful facility! Stephanie and Dr Young were excellent. I didn’t feel rushed and they patiently answered my 10 million questions! Also really appreciated that I was able to get in so quickly when I thought my car had an ear infection.

We’ve been going there with our poets, dogs and cats, for yesrs They are wonderful!! Highly recommend!!

Since the pandemic, I have not been inside your new space. The fact that there is no step in front and you are not on a busy road are two major + in my book.

I REALLY hope that “pet parents” will be allowed back in the building in 2022. Curbside drop off cannot be the new norm. My cat is old and temperamental and I want to be in the exam room with her. I’m fully vaccinated and there’s no reason I shouldn’t be allowed in there. Not everyone has a car so this is not a convenient business model for customers.

I return because I like Dr Duerler. The reception staff are really frustrating to deal with by phone, for example to make an appointment or check in or pay. I suppose it is time to vote with my feet.
