Dr. Jones called to give an update on Mickey after he got settled while waiting for his procedure, which was a huge relief to us to hear that he was calm and doing okay because he gets so anxious at the vet.

My appointment was at 3:20pm. As a first time customer I arrived at 2:50 and called to be checked in. I was told to wait in my car and someone would assist me. After 40 minutes of not being seen, I called the office and was told someone would be right out. After another 10 minutes I was finally seen.

Dr. Duerler and the entire staff at Arlington Animal Hospital are terrific.

Dr. London and all the staff were, as usual, incredibly helpful and kind. Later in the day, Dr. Johnson (I think), took time to help with my concerns about some side effects our youngest child/pug, Luna, was experiencing right at closing time. We felt secure for Luna to be at the appt by herself as everyone is so good to her. Thank you.

You guys are totally the best.....

Everything was great except trying to park outside, and I suppose that s beyond your control! I was surprised and happy that Dr. Duerler called with the results at the end of the appointment, because I hadn t expected her to see my cat for a tech appointment. I appreciate that she took the time to do extra!

Since I wasn t seen in office, I m unable to comment on this. Was very please with what contact I had with staff and Dr Young. Very professional and courteous. Took the time to answer questions and concerns I had about my pet. Recommend to anyone looking for a physician for their furry face love

Waiting time outside the facility felt like a longer than usual wait (about 20-25 minutes), but the appointment once my dog was inside was quick but not rushed. Thank you as always for the quality care.

All five stars. I have been going to AAH for almost 20 years and have always appreciated the professionalism, the kindness, and expertise of the doctors. And the staff always goes the extra mile to be helpful. When I have lost a pet, they have gone out of their way to be kind and supportive.
