Dr. Duerler has been an excellent vet who is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions I had. She also supports my decision to provide palliative care for my dog instead of advising to euthanize her when she is having a good quality of life under such care for the foreseeable future. I d highly recommend her to other people who want the best vet care. Arlington Animal Hospital is blessed to have her on the team. Thank you, Dr. Duerler, for all that you do!!!

I was an ER appointment. Words can t capture my appreciation!!

I followed up with an email requesting a written prescription change from HeartGard to a more generic version but did not receive a response.

The appointment went too fast and I didn’t have a chance to ask follow-up questions. As a result, I just spent $20 on a joint supplement that my car won’t eat. Instead of just making the recommendation for the supplement, some added words about what it takes to get her to eat it works have been helpful. Also, a quick comment about a popular line of food that the vet isn’t too keen on would have been great with either a reason why, or even better, which line(s) does he recommend and why. But it all happened so fast that I didn’t think to follow-up.

Dr. Deurler is absolutely lovely. She is very caring and a great listener. I appreciated the time she took with both my dogs.

I m so grateful to all the staff, as we deal with taking care of our pets in this complicated time. Your efforts and patience are amazing. I wouldn t take my pet to any other veterinarians. Thank you!

The stars are not easily able to be marked. The waiting time outside the office was a little longer than expected. Dr. Julie took the time necessary to examine Scooter and explain her findings. She followed up with blood test results promptly. Her assistant was very good with our dog.

I love this practice. They are so great with my cat who has special needs and are patient with all of my questions.
