I love all the vets, technicians, and front desk people at Arlington Animal Hospital

Thank you for always taking care of our baby Luna. Everyone is always so kind to Luna and answer my questions about her care.

There was some water event inthe hallway and the doctor and assistant were delayed but no one came to tell us what was going on.

When I called, it was a couple days until the first available appointment. Dr London did do a phone consult the same day and that helped, but our dog’s condition deteriorated the next day. Our dog ended up being quite ill and went to an emergency department in the interim. We kept the appointment with you as a follow up and I’m glad we did. Dr Hagen was clear and thorough, kind, and speaking with her helped me understand what to expect going forward. Everything about being at Arlington Animal Hospital was positive. Getting in quickly was hard. Like I wish there were a handful of “suddenly sick today” appointments available, the way the pediatrician’s office has a well visit side and a sick visit side. Maybe there are and I just didn’t communicate well how sick our dog was. Anyway, as I said, the care via phone and in person were great. Thank you.

I can’t answer the last question as we didn’t go inside.

The office and staff are terrific, which is why we continue to drive from DC to come to you. As I shared with Dr. Durler, there needs to be a more efficient system for people arriving for their appointments. I waited outside, standing, for 20 minutes after arriving on time. At a minimum, some chairs outside would help. Better yet—tell people to call in advance to check in or have them wait in the car and call them when ready to enter.

Dr. Seiler is awesome and the staff is great, too. The office is very well run!

It was as a quick blood draw and I never went in. The bill was handled via email (fine), so I can’t comment on cleanliness.

Meme has seen Dr. Frederick Jones since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 7 yrs. This place really cares for your pet as if it was their own.The Complete staff are friendly and assist you with just about anything you may need. There is no need to look elsewhere, Seriously! Dr. London did a great job of explaining options and making objective suggestions. Very knowledgeable, professional, understanding and compassionate. Likewise, staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Dr. B and the assistant were so gentle and kind to Señor Douglas -- even when he behaved as if he were being tortured. I am so happy to bring him to the practice; wish I were back in Costa Rica where his lipoma removal would be less than half as expensive. I was only perplexed that his dental cleaning had only been about 2 years earlier....and it was already time for him to have the tartar on his back teeth removed. Wondered if I were feeding him something that caused the tartar build-up. I will be delighted when this entire procedure will be completed; it is more upsetting to me as his owner than it will be for him.

Bella and I have been coming there since I brought her home from the shelter almost 2 years ago. We are both very happy with the quality of care and service. Bella enjoys visiting because she is treated so well and the staff is very skilled and keeping her calm--she seems to feel very safe there. % stars!
