Dr Mehdi was excellent- I have seen him twice now. Your prices are ridiculous though.. higher than my daughter pays in downtown Toronto..

Our for visit with Dr Emily was great. She was kind, gave us great information and you could sense her passion for this profession. After our family vet retired a few years ago, it s nice to know we have found someone we are just as comfortable with. Tracy was also great!

As a first time client it would have been nice to have been directed better as far as the routine for check in and check out. Everything else was great, Dr. Emily took wonder care of my cat, and did not push anything that was unnecessary.

All the staff are excellent at UVH and we have always been treated well. Highly recommend this VH.

My dog has always been seen by Dr.Wayne Cole, this is the first year she s been seen by another vet. The vet this year was very nice and thorough and paid attention to all concerns however I think my dog was a bit more anxious this time as she wasn t familiar with this vet the way she knew Dr. Cole. I m not sure if it is also because Dr. Cole gave her lots of attention as well prior to getting to the assessments and that might have helped her anxiety as well

Dr. Ben was great and spent quite a bit of time with us.

I do find the fees a bit on the exorbitant side.

The staff ( all Of them- everyone ) was compassionate kind sympathetic knowledgeable and amazing dr Emily in particular was wondeeful

Absolutely great service and care from Dr Emily! I will be returning with my dog for sure! She is very kind and takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and gives us honest answers and doesn’t beat around the bush. The receptionist was also very amazing I think her name was Tracy and she was very nice helping me with my questions and giving me all her attention
