The practice is very busy and new people are being trained regularly. It is appreciated that a senior administrator is also at the front desk to help with keeping things flowing.

Dr. Ben spent a lot of time with me discussing all my concerns and answering all my questions about my dog s health issues. I can confidently put my trust in him regarding the health of my gsd. Thank you!

I like the thoroughness and the full explanation of the checkup. Also the gentle care of my dog while being examined. Very comforting.

I liked the doctor. But I did not meet the surgeon…I was just going on the comments of a friend who was also a vet. (Retired).

Ann was so very helpful and considered our situation and was able to arrange to have Dr Dawn available to see Gracie and so happy she did as Gracie had an ear infection and treated immediately. We so appreciate them both! Thank you Dr Dawn and Ann!

I was referred here from another vet. My puppy at the time was thowing up non stop. The staff were so great and got her in right away. The vet gave her a needle to help with the vomiting and said that other staff are aware 9f the situation, if she continues to vomit after this just bring her back. The vet called me when he was done his shift and asked how she was. The next morning, a staff member called to she how she was doing. Since then I drive 45 mins to bring my dogs here. I recommend this clinic to everyone. I am very happy with the service you give. Thank you

We really appreciated being able to get an appointment on the same day due to cancellations. I wouldn’t expect that every time but sure appreciated it this time! Dr. Kennedy was so tender and sweet with our senior, tiny & fragile kitty. Front desk staff were awesome too. Our experience was wonderful, thank you, everyone.

Our visit with Dr. Lambert exceeded our expectations. Given Finnian is in her final years, we were grateful for her compassion and her honesty.

The Staff were lovely on Sat May 25th appointment. Very caring remembered Muddy and his emerg bloat surgery. No up selling which I appreciate.

Normally the team is caring and professional. This last visit was a bit odd to us since the annual check for both our dogs didn’t include physical exam ( feeling their stomach/bowls ) especially when one of them has increased significant weight and was sent for thyroid test. Perhaps the vet that treated us was new ?

We are always reassured of Sally’s well being after we have seen the Doctor

There were several people there when I arrived. All the clerks were busy. It seemed to take forever to get people paid and checked out. I finally sat down as I expected to be called. A guy came in after me and walked up to the desk and they addressed him and took him to a room right away so I figured I d better stand up and announce myself.

Everyone there is wonderful and very kind and friendly. If I show up for my appointment early they always take Zoey and I right away even if we are early. They also try to save me money when possible. My Zoey has heart troubles and I trust them to take care of her.

Thank you very much for seeing Wyatt on short notice. We are very impressed with the follow up and care that was provided, thinking of having our other dog come here as well. Thank you so much again.
