very happy with our recent visit. Doctor was very good with Taz, got on the floor to talk to him in a soothing manner while he shook like crazy. She was fantastic with our senior dog. Sorry don t remember her name. Always have very good customer service while in the office.

It’s always nice to be pleasantly greeted and UVH always greets us pleasantly! Dr. Ben is such a knowledgeable Veterinarian and he has excellent bedside manner with Riley. Shirley and I are very comfortable discussing Riley’s care and treatment and we have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ben and the UVH team! Our question are always thoroughly answered.

Dr Kennedy was very polite and direct with the question s. She was open to listening of what we wanted for the well being for our old dog. Thank you

Dr Kennedy is fabulous!!! I can’t say enough good things about her.

The only comment I would make is the lack of outside signage to enter the clinic. There are several doors and I was confused by the choice! I obviously will know for the next visit.

Excellent service as always. I was shocked that my bill was $480 for the exam and bloodwork. I wasn t expecting it to be that high.

The staff took me when my regular vet couldn’t. I’m so glad they did because they were amazing with my cat, absolutely amazing. They even phoned a couple days later to find out how the cat was doing. I’m so impressed with all the staff, I won’t be going back to another vet, I’m keeping These people if I can!!

Why has the annual check up gone up by over 13$, this is over ten percent year over year.

Trixie and I have always been treated especially nice and in a timely fashion. Never had to wait long before seeing someone which is really a nice change from some other places I’ve been. I’ve never been ‘upsold’ on anything there either.
