Nice staff and prompt service

This was my first visit and first procedure at the Uxbridge Hospital. How fortunate were we to have care at this hospital with my dog of 12 years. Dr. Cecilia, Tara and all the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist both of us. We feel very fortunate to have had the care during a difficult time during and after the procedure. We are both recovering and healing with the help and assistance from everyone who cared for us. We are putting this behind us and moving forward in a healthy lifestyle. We will continue our care with the services provided and staff.

The clinic is pricing itself out of competition. I paid one third of my most recent bill using another clinic. Since the franchise purchased Uxbridge everything has gone downhill - the desire for dollars seems to be the only motivating interest. The longest and most loyal customers are treated like first time pet owners. The entire culture of the clinic has changed for the worse.

Dr. That I saw was great. Like her a lot. Only thing I didn’t like was the cost. Very expensive. Don’t know how regular people can afford to pay.

There’s a lot of administrative staff that don’t seem to work like a well oiled machine given the number of staff. Much more importantly is the phone system, it seems odd to only leave messages so that you are forced into phone tag. Given I’m retired it wasn’t the end of the world but if I had a full time job with many meetings we may have taken forever to connect. And yes I know you have a website….

Vanessa in rehab is fantastic. Amber acts like a puppy after her sessions with Vanessa Although it would be nice to have the ability to do laser plus appropriate rehab exercises or even rehab exercises prior to getting into the water treadmill so that the muscles are warmed up first. Right now, I have to purchase a package, which includes all three of laser, exercise, and treadmill or else I can only purchase laser or only purchase treadmill. It seems counterintuitive to not have a short exercise session along with those two treatments.

It would be nice if phone calls didn t go to voicemail so regularly.

I was so happy that Blossom was able to see Dr. Ben this time, when she d been so sick with a variety of things over the past month or so. Until recently, he d been her vet since I got her. I prefer to have her seen by the same person every time simply for continuity of care - both for her and for me.

Service for Clover is always fantastic!!!

Dr.Dawn was fantastic with my border collie. She is a much needed female doctor as my girl is nervous around male humans.

Dr. Wayne is the best, so friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Wayne was fantastic! He really took his time with my very nervous dog and put her at ease. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the appointment and appreciated Dr. Wayne’s slow and careful approach. He’s very knowledgeable and didn’t try to give us anything we didn’t need. A great experience!

Vet cost is getting very expensive. My pet is aging & probably will be my last due to cost.

Waited 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. Not a huge deal but trying to calm a nervous dog when we were on time for our appointment and then having to wait is slightly annoying.
