Team members seemed a bit overwhelmed at my visit with how many people were there, waiting to pay, waiting for food, waiting till get checked in. Maybe another receptionist would help :). Love everyone at this clinic- wonderful environment. Just seemed a bit tense at my visit!

The team is wonderful, I cannot thank them enough. I’m moving 45 minutes away, but most likely will bring my pet back for check ups!!

Dr. Ben is very kind and caring. Love the way he takes time to listen and and explains his thoughts well. This makes it not a traumatic for the humans :) ............

You were there when we needed you and saved my dog from possibly being very sick by your prompt response. You treated us like gold even though my dog is not a full time patient. It was so appreciated and restored my faith...all I can say is thank you.

Called in for an emergency, call answered right away. Asked to be in within a half hour. Took Bentley right away. Treated immediately upon arrival. Staff was excellent and advised us if any more bleeding to return the following day. Thanks for listening to our concern and taking good care of the animals who cannot speak for themselves.

Brought my puppy in sick after he d eaten some chocolate. You guys were great, and even reached out after the appointment to check how he was doing. Above and beyond, if anyone I know is looking for veterinary care, I m sending them your way. Thank you so much!

The office staff member, though prompt and courteous, was not knowledgeable about products available when queried about the “vet store” product pricing or how to access the information. The technician who did the nail trim cut the quick on two rear nails causing bleeding. Her kindness, compassion and caring was much appreciated.

My problem with this place is that the reception staff are not too friendly at all, and that makes me feel uncomfortable going there.Thats my biggest issue there. It s important that staff make their customes feel welcomed. They really need to be talked to about smiling and being more pleasant!

We really appreciated Dr Ben waiting for us to get to Uxbridge from our cottage in Apsley. We hope that the wait did not delay him from participating in any previously scheduled activity.

I value the staff, both on the front desk and the vets/vet techs. Everyone is professional and caring. We had an emergency need with our one dog on Saturday and everyone worked to accommodate us, which was very appreciated and we realize the concessions made to do that. Thank you! My only feedback as a loyal client over the past few years is that the prices seem to have gotten quite high lately, especially in comparison to other clinics. So far we are able to pay but it s getting to be a lot and we have put off things like growth/cyst removals and teeth cleaning due to the high costs.

Bernice was very friendly and helped me right away! Dr.Kennedy was so great with my dog and knowledgeably answered all my questions.

Just great service! Ann on the front desk made several calls to me because i have a very nervous rescue dog and another dog that needed to be seen. Dr Dawn is amazing. I have been with Dr Cole for over 30 years and both these Doctors go over and above . Dr Dawn sits on her knees to make my dogs feel safe during our appointments . Thank you looking after my many pets over the last 33 years . You all are appreciated.
