The reception staff appear overwhelmed. They are mostly pleasant but generally preoccupied with computer issues or just getting the transaction done and moving on, rather than taking a few minutes to look up and have a short conversation or exchange some pleasantries. It s a bit of a change from the rest of your staff (Dr. s, Vet Techs etc.) who are very friendly and take time to smile.

Although waiting quite a while to be greeted by front staff and get checked in, the appointment overall was good. Dr. Dan was thorough, did not rush us through the appt and explained everything clearly and was excellent with my dog.

Thanks for seeing Winston in sn emergency. It means everything to us.

Continues to be a great place to bring your pet for treatment. Our Vet retired, and we were given Dr Dan who did a great job with Molly our Golden. Highly recommend him. Wayne Bishop

I really needed a vet as my dog was very ill and as it turned out was in need of surgery! Before I was home, Dr Dawn called me and gave me the news and what needed to be done! I knew it would be expensive but the clinic did their job for me and my Abi! I appreciate everything that was done! Everyone was excellent! Abi is recovering from her surgery! Thank you to Dr Dan! Melanie was excellent as well and the front desk was excellent as well! Thank you Team Uxbridge! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Abi says thank you too!

Dr. Lindquist, who we appreciate very much, has been Silver’s long term doctor. However, a young female Doctor attended to Silver and I was very impressed by her demeanour, the ease by which she handled our cat and appreciated her insight into Silver’s medical condition.

Dr. DeSilva was absolutely amazing. So sensitive and caring to our dog. She and the staff went out of their way to take us in without an appointment. That was the piece that really stood out for me, showing just how much the truly care.

Apologies but I can t remember the name of Diva s vet, but if you look it up under Wendy Morgado, I have nothing but praise for her. She is knowledgeable, kind, gentle with a very nervous dog and was always reassuring and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Typically we love this vet clinic however we had a different vet this time (not our typical ones) and not only were we not asked about having a different vet but this vet started doing tests and things we did not agree to on our dog and our bill cost way more than we anticipated. Our typical vet Dr Ben or even Dr Daniel always review costs with us before running tests and we didn’t get courtesy this time. Disappointed.

Prices are expensive for some treatments and some times pets are sacrificed because of how unaffordable it is. But this is in all pet clinics!!! In all honesty I find it quite immoral to profit as much from animals health. Probably nothing will change about this situation but something as to be said about it because money can determine for some animals life and death. So hopefully hopefully our health system never gets privatized then everyone will understand what I mean.

Service was prompt , friendly and excellent . My dog felt calm the entire time .

The best vet that I have ever been to There is an amazing Dr Dan that looked after my cat years ago and gave my cat the best care Now I am taking my beautiful Paris there to see doctor Dan he gives my Pom his full attention to my dog. Thank- you Dr Dan When you get to the vet clinic you get treated like a somebody there kind & friendly and welcoming. So thank you so much Sincerely Agnes Moore

I have been to the clinic twice now and my suggestion would be that some of the reception staff could show a little enthusiasm when they see us . Some do appear a little bit disinterested initially. Overall , I felt however that my pet was in good hands and staff were caring and knowledgeable .
