Best vet clinic in Durham region. Came from pickering where there was little concern for my animal. Here they know his name and even take time out of their busy schedule just to pop in and say hi when hes seeing another vet at the clinic. They always call to follow up. Honestly such a warm and welcoming environment. Truly striving away from the classic medical model and providing a true holistic approach to both owner and animal. :)

I was very pleased with the time taken and the amount of info given to me to better care for Brighton. I never felt rushed which I think is so important. Dr. CC is a font of information and she put Brighton at easy very quickly. She was great.

The only thing was it was difficult to make an appointment. I had to leave a message twice for a call back and then my landline went out of order, then I had to go into your office to make the appointment. I felt there is enough front staff to be answering your phones.
