The UVH team have been incredible at looking after our dog after an unexpected incident occurred with her and she needed emergency medical care. The follow up for her has been amazing and we cannot thank everyone enough for the care that we have received.

Dr. Kennedy went above and beyond asking so many questions about Walter. Incredible vet. She also saw us on a Saturday with no notice because Walter was really sick. I’m continuously blown away by the entire staff. I appreciate ALL OF YOU. THANK YOU.

Friendly staff

Our puppy is 14 years young now and we trust Dr Dan and all the staff as much now as when we started 14 years ago. The staff are all knowledgeable and professional and kind and caring.

I switched vets earlier this year to UVH and I am so grateful I did. As a first time dog owner, I didn’t realize what I was missing. Their attention to customer service and making sure you understand treatment or options is something I fully appreciate. Open communication, including listening is crucial and it is how Dr Ben and the team operate. My mind is at ease after we visit to talk about health concerns. Dr Ben’s demeanour is fantastic, caring and understanding. I feel I may fixate on health issues for my dog and I hypothesize what is wrong with him based on internet searches. Dr Ben is open to listening and will correct me off I’m off base. I appreciate this as some health care providers are so rushed that they wont engage in dialogue and just process their thoughts in their head vs working it out w the patient or caregiver. As a new dog mom, I am in learning mode and appreciate the time given to helping me understand.

An amazing team! I wouldn t trust my pet with anyone else. The Uxbridge team is one of a kind and I am so grateful to Dr. Cecilia!

Love Uxbridge Veterinary Hospital!!! Wayne and Jason, and the whole support staff, are the most personable people ever, which makes UVH such an amazing place to bring your fur family members!?? My first and only hope is that UVH doesn’t turn “Corporate” and lose the intimate service they have provided for the past 25 plus years!

Dr. Dawn is an excellent vet, who treats my dog like her own. I would highly recommend her for sure.
