After trying about 20 vets from Brantford,Stirling,Trenton,A couple here in Port Perry, that also turned me down, my puppy needed to be seen because we were very worried about her she was from a very bad environment. Yous were the only ones that would help us and I greatly appreciate what you did for her.i highly recommend the Uxbridge Veterinary Hospital, excellent staff, excellent Dr s, I couldn t ask for any better . And if I have to I will make the drive from Brantford to have Mimi taken care off from here. Thank you so very much. Your rates are very reasonable, and your service is incredible. We relied upon UVH while living in Virginia and when we moved to Havelock we just did not get the same feeling of comfort with the new vets so when our Ruckas needed some extra care we knew that Dr. Wayne and his team is where we needed to go. UVH is a fantastic vet hospital and clinic. Everyone seems to work as a team. We have had the privilege of bringing our home animals there for over 30 years. When they were into large animals, they were out go to vets as well.

Dr Wayne Cole has been my vet for almost 30 yrs and he s retiring soon. I don t know if I can ever trust another vet, or have a friendship like with Wayne. He s been with my family for some happy events, and at the saddest times of my life. There s no one like him. I wish he and his wife all the best as they experience free time together, after a lifetime of long hours and hard work. The staff at UVH have always been the epitome of professional and kind. This was an emergency appointment and we were very worried about Ozzy s condition. Not only did you fit us into your busy schedule but Dr. Kennedy s treatment has worked perfectly. We cannot believe how quickly Ozzy has bounced back in less than 48 hours. We always get excellent care at UVH.

I love this clinic! Friendly and compassionate! I find the cost of veterinary care expensive. Knowing about payment plans up front would be helpful.

Dr. Jason always make my cat (Charlie) at ease. Since Charlie is comfortable then it is easier to check Charlie out. This is so important because Charlie is really a two person cat.

Dr. Dawn is always gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable with our fur babies. I appreciate that she doesn’t push to over-medicate. And special gratitude to Alex for cleaning our kitty and carrier after our girl had an accident. I appreciated your kindness very much!!

We really enjoyed Dr Natalia. She was kind and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Communication after my cats were returned from “the back” could have been better. Instead of “they’re good to go” it would have been nice to know more of what happened back there / any follow up concerns. One cat had a bandaged foot when I got home and one didn’t (I’m assuming the blood draw but didn’t know when to take it off) and I wasn’t given any info about possible concerns/things to look for following the deworm and vaccine (had to look up both online).

Amazing staff and care

It would be nice to look at why the pet is there and not look for other problems.

We were greeted on entry. All our questions by the Vet. Felt very comfortable and no pressure to add any activities which were not necessary. Would recommend your veterinary hospital to anyone looking for a new Vet for their pet.

I can t say enough good things about UVH. Recently, I d planned to board Sarah overnight, and so I brought her in for two vaccines that were recommended in the circumstances. Dr. Ben said that Sarah should not be boarded (which, I must admit, I didn t want to do anyway). But here s where more extraordinary comes in. Alex offered to take Sarah overnight for me. She confirmed that she could give Sarah her insulin. So I gratefully agreed, only to come down with COVID and have to cancel our plans. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Ben, for being so forthright about what is best for Sarah. And I am similarly grateful to Alex for so gerously offering to take Sarah on - and for being so kind and understanding when I had to cancel.

As always Dr Dawm was friendly and caring toward our pet and took the time to answer our questions, Can t ask for more!!
