My cat Olive was given excellent care and we were both shown lots of compassion following the recent death of my other cat and Olive s brother. All of my questions were answered with patience and concern. My only suggestion is that cost of the visit was quite a bit higher than what I expected so maybe there is a way to communicate costs more clearly before proceeding with treatment.

The team there are excellent especially Dr Dan. Ben and Gordie are treated so well I think that do not want to leave. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you very much for being our #1 vet. See you soon Tina Dembowski

We always find your invoices confusing when it comes to what service has been provided. Things like 1 Vaccination at a cost of $73.00, then the next line 1 Rabies Vaccine - 3 year $0.00 and 1 Bordatella Injection $26.20. Why the line 1 Vaccination? Also we find the Last done and Reminders dates are not always updated. This gets confusing when you have 2 dogs who have had shots at different dates/years. I would love to see a comments section that explains which Doctor they saw, and what was done. I know it may be repetitive, but this invoice and comments should be for the pets human and make more sense. Other than that, we always find appointments timely (other than obvious emergencies or surgeries that take longer), and positive interaction with Dash and Junior with staff. You guys do a great job! Dr. Cole Wayne was so kind, supportive, and caring. He not only took amazing care of my little cat but he also made sure that I was informed and supported through each step. His follow up phone call on Sunday was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

Dr.Dan is fantastic. He allowed me to work with him to make my dog feel comfortable while being treated. Also provided a plethora of advice on ensuring my dog’s health and long life. Thanks for your great service.

A suggestion- please have people ask before attempting to pet or touch a dog, especially with a nervous or frightened dog. The vet tech was trying to say goodbye after a nail trim - the intention was good - but the dog was at the end of her tolerance level for people and I had to get between the dog and the tech to say it wasn’t a good idea. The dog didn’t lash out but there was a low growl of warning.

Most times the staff are friendly. Although there was a visit a few weeks ago where the young staff was kind of rude and behaved in an unprofessional manner while I was waiting for my appointment. But that does not usually happen. The staff remember all my dogs which I think is incredible since you have so many clients/patients. Dan always explains things to me and asks how I want to proceed. I believe my dogs are well taken care of when I leave them with the clinic. That is huge to us.

I am very happy with the service provided, Dr Dan and his team were excellent!

Molly was nervous at first but with Dr. Ben she laid down on the table. That was so awesome. The team was amazing.

Always impressed but a little pricey. When one is having bloodwork done it is obvious it has to be drawn - shouldn t be an extra charge. Blood Pressure check should be part of the annual exam.

Dr Dawn was amazing and listened to my concerns and took the time to make sure Molly was looked after and followed with me and sent home meds so Sheba would get better as well. Also talked to me about reverse sneezing which Molly has had forever and I never knew what it was. I have been there for 30 more years and have mostly had Dr Cole and Dr Jason. All have been professionally and wonderful with all my animals. I am so happy to be with you all. Thank you. A big shout out to Dr. Dawn. She is a wonderful Vet and I will continue to make appointments with her. Thank you again.

I was fortunate to get an appointment with Wayne Cole. I appreciate his knowledge and passion for animals. I have used Wayne for the past 5 years and was never disappointed. I am happy for him to enjoy the next venture in life however he will be missed.
