I love this office and the doctors there are always wonderful but find it extremely expensive

Vet was excellent, she explained what could be causing the swelling and recommended options to proceed with treatment.

Our first time with Dr. Ben. He was great with our Benny. Would like to have him continue to take care of both our Dogs.

The process for checking in and paying to leave was very congested and disorganized. Unclear who of 3 people to wait in line for as all we’re busy with clients or tasks. Difficult with an injured animal to navigate. Perhaps assign duties for proper flow or post check in, payment, and pick up signs

I have been coming to your clinic for years. I have had abot 3 or 4 emergency visits and you have been amazing over the years. What you did for Junior was amazing. I was away and my boyfriend had to deal with Juniors health issues. There was one issue which ended up resolving was that at first you were not willing to treat Junior as he is under my name. He was in pain and I was unreachable at first. My boyfriend was not asking for anything unreasonable other than just helping Junior. It worked out as I got the message within a good time frame but if I could not have responded what would have happened. I say this as my boyfriend took him to an 24 hour clinic the day before and no questions asked. I have since then put both dogs with both of us, but might be something in your policy to think about changing. I get if it was an unreasonable request from an unknown person but Junior was clearly suffering. I love your clinic and will bring my pets and fosters to you but please think about this. It was a little stressful for us.

I switched from my old vet to come to UVH. And we drive from Pickering to you when my old vet was within a 5 minutr walking distance from me. To say the least, we are very happy with the care and knowledge we receice for our animals. We can t thank you enough!

Happy to meet our new Vet. She was truly attentive and I felt her emotion when realizing my poor dog was in pain. The way she talked to him he responded which is not like him. He felt safe with her. I just wish Vets and the medication was not so expensive especially with two animals. Too many people cannot afford to look after their pets anymore. Glad to hear UVH tries to accommodate all local pet owners, regardless of circumstance. ??

UVH has always provided excellent veterinary care for my dog Max, who is now happily enjoying his senior years.

Great team. Very efficient from what I could tell on my first visit with Bailey. Felt like I went through the steps from reception, to first intro, to check up, shots, blood work, nails clipped. It all went smoothly. No crazy waiting times. Felt like a well oiled machine. With smiles.

The staff at the UVH is always friendly, calm and willing to help. They are on time with scheduled appointments and professional - and yet relatable with their consultations. Everything went exactly how they said it would. We were given very clear instructions - rather comforting. Pre-op email with clear instructions given the day before the procedure. Even the smallest of details are taken into consideration - for example... there was a specific measurement of liquid medication my dog needed after surgery, and the tech put white tape at the mark where I was supposed to draw the liquid to. Very thoughtful and made my job very easy. They even called the next day to see how my dog was doing. Above and beyond service - this is genuine care. I have been with this vet clinic for almost 25 years and they just keep getting better and better. Barbara & Gracey (8 year old golden)
