I am continuously impressed by Dr. Ben and other staff at UVH. We originally had no consult with a vet and were at the office for other reasons, though were quickly seen and spoken with compassionately and without any feeling of being rushed. It has always been important to feel heard by our vet and we definitely have this with UVH.

Our dogs fur (sides and legs) were caked full of poop when we picked her up. We were told they cleaned her but it was obvious they didn’t.
