The vets especially the female vets are very friendly,warm and caring. Some of the reception staff dont seem too friendly.These ones dont smile nor seem happy to be there. There are some that are friendly but others are not,and that makes me feel uncomfortable (that lack of friendliness)

We arrived in a bit of an urgent situation, with an unfortunate outcome. We were treated with compassion and care, by professional staff, and looked after carefully and thoroughly.

Like everything else prices are rising, to the point that I may have to eliminate some service for future visits. I have always gone to the Uxbridge Veterinary Hospital, I’ve always felt that you’ve done the best for my pets but unfortunately I am being priced out of the market. Like many who have seen the rise in prices for everything in our lives we may need to make decisions of what we can cut and what we just absolutely cannot live without. Thank you

In the 20 yrs our pets have been patients, we have receive excellent care, good advice and very friendly, personable attention from every member of the team. It is apparent in everything they do that the health of our pets matter. That means the world to me.

My only issue with Uxbridge Vet is the cost. I love all the vets and they are excellent at there jobs, but its so expensive and moving into retirement I m not sure we will be able to afford it.

As always, the UVH team is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about our pets’ care. Our dog recently had surgery, and during all aspects of her care: pre-visit, test results, discussion with the vet at the start of the procedure, post surgery information, and follow up phone call, we were met with courtesy and lots of valuable information was provided. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!

I love the fact that if they haven’t met your pet before they will sit on the floor and let your pet go and check them out! They don’t force themselves in your pet or rush to get you out of the office.

I just got a new dog, and I was really nervous about coming in, especially since Wayne retired (he was my vet for my previous dog). I was so happy to see Wayne there and felt instantly at ease. He puts so much effort into making me feel comfortable and to help me understand what is going on. Everyone was kind and helpful.
