I had a great hour with Vanessa. She answered all of my questions, provided extremely useful exercises and was wonderful with my dog Mia.

Staff were all so friendly, and Dr.Emily was so wonderful to meet and work with. Her knowledge and proficiency with my new kitten was evident, and she also extended her caring bedside manner to my daughter who came along for Minou s checkup. Very satisfied customers!

Your first question, “How likely is it that you will recommend us to a friend or colleague” is not a yes or no response, that should be update to reflect a scale option. Overall, the care Oliver received was very good. The staff knew I was on a tight timeline for my appointment and made sure Oliver was seen right away, which was very courteous. I was however a bit shocked at the cost to have Oliver’s nails trimmed.

While I find the service and care for my pets satisfactory I find vet services cost prohibitive! No only for seniors but also for people in general. The cost of vet services makes me think twice before bringing in a pet!
