Thank you for getting me in as quickly as you did. Murphy s condition at the time appeared critical and I was scared that I would lose him. Dr. Kennedy and staff calmed my fears, assessed Murphy quickly and compassionately! I am pleased to say he is on the mend and feeling so much better! Thanks again

The Pet Portal is a great idea. Thank you! May I request that our documents be loaded/updated. In reviewing our file tonight, I noticed that documents are missing from both the reminder and appointments , as well as the attachments sections of the portal. We are extremely happy with the Staff/Dr s and service at UVC. Several of our pets have been taken care of over the years and the utmost care is given. We appreciate the follow-ups and quick response times.

Tracy at the front desk is your best ambassador! Give that woman a raise- she s polite, kind, and emotionally intelligent. She along with a couple of other staff members make up for a couple of others who are not so kind. Dr Dawn as always is just a gem. A good human and a terrific vet. Good visit- helpful for planning.

During the Fonzie appointment with Dr. CC and another doctor, they were both great with him. Also, just recently Dr. CC was excellent with Tiggy. Richard and Marilyn. 5 stars were each given from 1 though 4 above. Thanks again.

The vet was good at answering questions, but it would have been helpful if he had also taken just a tiny bit more time to collect information about my cats and where we got them, their living conditions now etc. as context to answer my questions.

And, although we are happy that Dr Dan is taking an opportunity to build his career away from your clinic, we are sad to see him go. His compassion is exemplary. He was there for us through 3 dogs.
