Om the past, especially with older cats 10+ years, the vets used to cut the nails and give the annual shots in the examination room. Why has this process changed since the retirement of other vets. Older animals, especially cats, like to be held down by their owners for comfornt. They hate being carried. Thanks so much! The staff is great!

Excellant service as always, we called for an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve and were told to come straight in and we would be seen. Our dog was looked after, prescribed antibiotics and is recovering well. Thank you!

In mummas discharge paperwork it should have stated she would need to come in to have stitches removed 10-14 days so I had an opportunity to book the appointment then. It’s a lot when picking up a dog after surgery so everything being on paper is a good idea, then there is no confusion or panic moments later on

the team are always friendly and very helpful always call and checkup after appointment with both of our fur baby s I am always glad to see Dr. Ben as he listens when you ask him something about the dogs. Merry Christmas to All of you!
