Staff at the desk are always so friendly and caring. We ve always been happy with the care our pets receive. I DO wish there could be a discount on medications when it is a long term or life long medication the pet is taking.

Great customer service and all round great group of employees there. Highly recommended. I drive past many other vets to go there with my dogs.

Stella had TPLO surgery to repair her torn ACL, and at the same time she had a fat lump removed. The UVH team did an awesome job at looking after her and she is making a great recovery!

It was very busy when I arrived with my cat earlier this week. While waiting to be served I couldn t help but notice the staff were extremely courteous and professional. From the phone conversations with pet owners calling, to interactions with with customers it hummed along with smiles and kindness. What a great team!

May I make one suggestion? This is not a critique, but Wayne used to always knock on the door before coming in. I am not sure if that was just him, but I appreciated it. It will help, as one of my dogs sits by the door and would be blocking it. And perhaps it will be let startling?

This is my most trusted clinic for all of my cats and dog. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all areas ranging to customer service and veterinary care. I would never change where I take my pets for all enquires and or annual visits. They are simply the best of the best. Every doctor is excellent and the staff are excellent too!!
