We love his vet!!

Best vet care ever. They know my pets and genuinely care about their well being.

The ‘bed side manner’ of all the staff I encountered today was beyond incredible. It is such a small thing that goes a mile. Answered all my questions, showed so much love to my pooch (and myself), and took incredible care of us.

The staff here are always great. You always make time to listen to any concerns that parents of family members who can t speak for themselves. You totally understand what being a pet parent means. Love you guys, your the best.

This was a wonderful experience. We felt cared for and heard. We’ve never had such good care for our pets before. Welcoming and caring staff throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!

Extremely pricey - would be so nice to take her to vet without costing a fortune, pets are expensive of course but when I talk to others in the area we pay almost double what others pay, we have no choice as their offices are full / not taking new pets. Staff is great but I wish we had one vet for our pet so j was able to get a good repore with the vet and not somebody new every time. Service is always good but the price for everything is way too much. 2 needles and tick medicine and I was over $400.

The experience at Uxbridge Veterinary hospital is always a positive one. There is always a smiling face to greet me, usually always get shown into a room right away and seen by a friendly vet very quickly. Once the visit is over, the bill is ready and checkout is fast. I appreciate that there is no constant up selling of products or services such as I have experienced at others vets.

Very happy with the way I was treated as well as my dog. The vet was in no rush and I felt like he really cared about Ursa. Thankyou again for fitting me in on such short notice. Very grateful. Thankyou!

I greatly appreciate the way you always seem to be able to squeeze me in. I also appreciate the fact that you don’t make me feel like a bad pet mom for asking how much certain things will cost compared to others. Also I am happy you don’t automatically jump to the most expensive or potentially invasive procedure. I honestly feel like I can trust you. Hence if you recommend something, more often than not I will opt for it, regardless of price.

please fix the questionnaire, it has been like this forever and makes no sense, question 1: How likely ... requires a rating, not a yes or no answer....

The hospital was able to accommodate me last minute by taking care of my kittens who were too young to be vaccinated and stay at a boarding place. I appreciated it so much. The receptionists and vets always seem to take the time to talk and give advice even if I don’t have a scheduled appointment. Thank you!

Always looking out for my dogs best health. Abbey loved coming to the clinic.

We had been happy with the uvh team until earlier this year when it seemed that the vet lost our confidence. That vet is now gone so I won’t go into details however turned us off enough to seek medical attention elsewhere and had to put my pup down. This visit will bring us back, the vet was practical and thorough with my senior boy, Thank you

I appreciate all the care, genuine concern, excellent treatment and follow up offered by the staff of UVH.

During this visit there was a dog barking in the waiting room and the owner didn’t discourage the dog to stop, he made light of the barking, almost laughing about it, and patting his dog as rewarding it’s barking the waiting area. I wished someone would have asked him to wait in his vehicle as the barking was making the bad time for my dog even more stressful by barking loudly. Barking shouldn’t be allowed in waiting room out of respect for front desk staff and other patients that are not feeling good.

My only complaint is that it was pitch dark outside the building when I went to pick up my dog at 7:45 pm. It wasn’t safe walking in the parking lot because I couldn’t see a thing, especially since I had to carry my dog because he was so wobbly from sedation. I mentioned my concerns to the receptionists and they just said that the lights were on a timer.

At my ripe old age I am not at all sure if I completed the survey. Everything would get five stars. The only thing that I will not do is recommend anything to anyone. I would of course tell anyone that asks that I am super pleased with your clinic and staff.

I was able to get a short notice (same day) appointment and Dr. Methi took excellent care of our cat Mickey - thank you, we appreciate the great support. Our cat needed it!!
