All three staff in reception area were friendly and courteous. Dr Mehdi was very thorough and comfortable dealing with Charley. He calmed her down prior to doing the examination and took time to listen to my concerns. At no time did I feel rushed. He explained the sedative routine for travel, as well as the importance of dental care and eye care. He treated Charley with as much care as if she were his own dog. Very pleased with the overall visit. Thank you for being so conscientious and caring with Charley.

A suggestion: There is no malice in my comment ,as follows: Whenever I have visited either Thicketwood or UVH and observed Dr. Ben I have experienced a person who appears to lack any quality of warmth towards clients and their pets. Whereas Dr.Wayne was exemplar in warmth and empathy.

My daughter brought the cat in and there was no issues. When I saw the bill for neutering…. It was more than I pay to have a horse gelded. Maybe I’m out of whack, but that is crazy.

We really appreciate the care you give to our fur babies, and that s why we drive from Brantford, the care, the friendly staff, and the vets are wonderful. I thank you so very much for the care and kindness . Niko and Mimi love you all.

Your phone follow up service is reaauring!

I have been with your facility for quite some time, primarily because of its convenient location. However, I have some concerns regarding customer service. Although there are always at least two receptionists on duty, I believe at least one of them should be designated as the lead to ensure that walk-in customers are acknowledged promptly. I understand that the staff is often busy with phone calls or typing, but there have been many occasions when I have waited for at least five minutes without being acknowledged. The staff tends to focus on their computers, and when someone walks in, it would be helpful if they could at least say, Please give me a minute; I need to finish entering my notes. I have often felt that changes need to be made, especially regarding a few of the younger staff members, who can be quite unpleasant to deal with. It seems they may not fully appreciate how much it costs for pet owners to afford services and the sacrifices we make for our pets. A simple greeting with a smile and a thank you for being a loyal customer would go a long way. On a positive note, the veterinarians are amazing and knowledgeable, which I truly appreciate. However, I want to emphasize that there are plenty of other veterinary clinics and options available, but I continue to choose your facility primarily for its convenience.

Front the minute I arrived until I left my dog and I were treated by friendly helpful staff. We needed special treatment to go right into the room bc if my dog’s mobility and everyone was so gracious.

We switched vets a few months ago and we are very happy with the care Ben has received at UVH. They are awesome!
