I was able to make a quick appointment same day for an issue that occurred with my dog. The wait time for one of my visits was excessive; however, I was happy with the care for my pets received and explanations of their health status.

My pet was just in for a nail clip and a shot. I really liked the drive-in process being used at the moment due to COVID-19. You ought to continue that process even when it becomes no longer necessary for health reasons when the pet is just coming in for routine shots/nail clips, etc. and it is not urgent to speak to the doctor. You could offer both types of appointments to choose from for certain routine treatments.

Everything was great, I just don’t like the fact that we can’t be in there with our pets, it’s bad enough that they’re sick, but they got to go in there alone, Imagine what the pet is thinking , So sad,that part I do not agree with, and I like to be able to interact with the doctor face-to-face, you have many questions and you would like to be able to speak to the doctor right there and then not over the phone. Yes I understand there’s a pandemic, but businesses are opening and yes some places you have to wear masks, I just think we should be able to go in there with our pets wearing a mask. But overall Everyone was nice and friendly and professional and I appreciate everything you guys are doing, thank you so much, Keep up the good work??

If space allows , people should be leaving a car space between vehicles. Normal parking isn’t compliant with “social distancing”. It is also difficult for vet staff to work in such narrow aisles.
