We were very happy with the way we and our kitten were treated. I was especially impressed that the doctor made a point to immediately notice that our brand new kitten was in a waiting room with a rambunctious lab and moved us into a room quickly. Although I would’ve understood having to wait in a shared space, I really appreciated the effort.

We have trusted Dr. Colwell with our beloved pets for 17 or 18 years now. She always wants what s best for them but remains understanding and respectful of us when we decide not to proceed with a treatment. And when it s necessary to end or prevent suffering for them, she is very caring. We appreciate her immensely and hope she knows that.

The vet was one of the rudest people I have been around in quite some time. She scolded the tech who was assisting to hold my cat. I could not believe how unprofessional the vet was and how disrespectful she was to the tech. The vet also called me the next day with a clean bill of health from my cat’s bloodwork, but felt my cat still needed an X-ray, supplements and possibly pain meds. She’s money hungry and doesn’t hide it.

My Penny , As it turns out, has a small Neck and a long snout so you couldn’t fit her with the e collar. Cathy told me what size didn’t fit which was helpful. I went to Petco And bought the larger size and altered it quite easily. Penny is doing rather well.
