What a great place for my Princeton Ace! I love the place, staff (especially Hannah) and the Little Doctor with the Big Heart!! ??

I have always been pleased with my pet s care here. However, per last survey question, I did not physically enter the office due to COVID restrictions, so could not fairly evaluate facility. I chose 5 stars based on past history only.

They have a receptionist named Carol who has always been so friendly and helpful. she is the best.

I chose Sykesville vet clinic because of the location but after meeting the staff in the parking lot for my two new puppies’ first vet trip I was impressed. The customer service was outstanding, I did not wait long before they came out to get my pups, not long after they called me to let me know what they were doing and a cost and once I approved everything they were back outside with the pups and I was on my way with the care package and everything I needed. I have no idea how the clinic was before covid but with everything that is going on Sykesville vet clinic understands quality customer service means less stress on the pet owners.

My visit was during the Covid Crises. I cannot answer these questions. However, the staff was helpful, respectful and professional in manner. I spoke with the Dr on three occasions She seems very professional and friendly. She explained what was going on using terms I could understand.

We were thoroughly satisfied and plan on staying with your practice from this point on. We thank you all for taking such good care of our old boy!

As always, Dr. Colwell and her staff are prompt, polite and take the time needed to answer questions and provide great medical care to our dog, Scout!

Our first appointment and I felt as though the staff already knew us. it was wonderful, especially during this crazy time of Covid. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my pup. In regards to covid, it was a great process of making me feel like the safety for myself was also number one priority- clean office area and patient rooms. thank you!

I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, capable, and helpful.

Very professional and accommodating.

I do not think that animals need to be held down when they first arrive and have no exhibited any aggressive behaviors. It freaked my cat out and caused him to do things I have never seen, and he has never done at the vet. He is normally loving and cooperative for the most part but the staff member holding him and keeping him in place when he was not doing anything freaked him out. While I know this is policy I would consider it not being because it caused more harm than good. Especially before treatment had begun, the lady helping did tell the guy to let me be with him which was nice and calmed him down but I have been to many vets and none of them have done that when first bringing my cat in he normally can just lay there without be held and he would have.

All the questions are a 5 star! Wasn’t sure if I did it correct. You all are awesome??
