When I called to ask questions before I made the appointment, the staff were so friendly and I think her name was Carol, she explained things to me that was a great help. She set my appointment and gave me directions on how to get there. Very nice people.

SVC is a friendly and professional atmosphere. I was greeted by very friendly receptionists. The techs took great care of my dog and prepared her to see Dr Colwell who treated her for her wellness yearly vaccines and PE. Thank you for always being friendly and treating us like family.

Had to wait 40 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. They did let us know when we arrive they were running behind. It would have been better if we knew before we left to come especially since we are just down the road.

Everybody was great in taking care of Scooby while he was having a seizure. The staff was professional and quickly accessing him. They put Scooby at ease and quickly took him to administer Medication to help him relax. Everyone from the phone call to getting Scooby into emergency hospital. The call to the doctor at Carroll emergency was done prior to our arrival. Dr. Colwell Is always calm and informative.. She also sent me with paperwork for the emergency dr. Very professional. Great staff with empathy and professionalism. Thank you all for all you do for Scooby And his mom (me)
