Hi, my granddaughter brought Kita in for an emergency. Her eyes were messed up scared me to death. The doctor Shepherd give me a great medicine and talk to me over the phone took his time with her and I’m already noticing a great difference. She’s got her eyes open. We absolutely love Dr. Shepherd and his staff! Ahsoka and Stardust are always so relaxed when seeing him so it is never exhausting trying to fight with them. They literally get in the room and feel right at home ??

I think everything was good but I was told that my appointment was at 10 and I had arrived at 10:10. They were going to charge me a no shoe fee and reschedule me if I hadn t had an email that showed my appointment was at 10:10.
