I think everything was good but I was told that my appointment was at 10 and I had arrived at 10:10. They were going to charge me a no shoe fee and reschedule me if I hadn t had an email that showed my appointment was at 10:10.

The staff allowed us to exit out the back door with Nadia after her surgery due to there being several other dogs crowding the waiting You! And front entrance. That made it much easier on us and Nadia. Thank you!

We have always received great care at four loving paws with Dr Shepherd and staff. Today our dog went for a visit that was not preventative. Dr took his time and explained our situation. We had to leave our dog and was updated in a timely manner and given a plan b. I would recommend this office to family and friends

Great staff and service

My furbaby injured herself and I immediately called and was seen in about 10 minutes! I was so thankful to get immediate help. Everyone was very nice, knowledge, and so helpful. They made sure I understood her medicine and how to give it to her and gave me the paperwork I needed to turn into my insurance and even let me check out in the room so we could just leave without stopping at the desk. We were completely satisfied with everything about our visit!
