Everyone was absolutely amazing and even though Bailey barked at everyone and was very loud and a butthead. They were still amazing with her, didn’t mind, and handled it beautifully like they always do with her.

Please encourage dog owners to have the pet on a harness and short leash in the lobby. One large dog almost slipped his collar to attack my dog as we were leaving. My dog is reactive as well so I do understand but a strong leash/ harness system versus a loose collar is much safer for everyone.
